SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping times may differ based on your location. We try to send you our products from our closest storage location as possible to you. Our orders may take from 7 days up to 35 days to reach your destination.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 30 days. We will gladly assist you and help you with your needs.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping time - FAQ. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections (or covid) can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly assist you with finding a resolution.
We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of receiveing your product. We guarantee covers for defective or damaged products, items lost in transit or even unwanted product or wrong order. Upon receiving return label, you must return/send the product within 10 days. If you miss the 10 day window we will be unable to help you any further.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SoftToyz Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SoftToyZ inc. will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
